The Looter is on a quest to find the twin of his magic meteor and leads Spidey and the FF on a globetrotting trip as they try to stop him.

Venom moves to San Fransisco to try out his new protection of innocents racket. Venom and Spidey save a group of homeless folk.

Following the death of Captain Stacy, Spidey finds himself as public enemy number one as everyone believes him to be responsible. This doesn't stop the web slinger from cutting through the criminal underworld trying desperately to find Doc Ock. Peter attends the funeral of Gwendy's dad but can't find the words he needs to comfort her. Things get worse when he develops the pictures of his battle with Doc Ock and finds that he is partially to blame for Captain Stacy's death.

Fan Lo Ten has stolen the amber-encased corpse of the Insect King from Lord Beastius but Spider-Man J and the Spotted Cat cannot keep Shadow Moth from taking it back for his master.
