We accept a variety of convenient payment methods to make your shopping experience seamless. Accepted payment methods include all major credit cards.
Can I modify or cancel the order after it has been placed?
If the order has already shipped, then it cannot be cancelled or modified.
If the order has not yet shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information. Use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor the real-time status and location of your package.
What shipping options do you offer?
We ship using USPS and FedEx, choose the service & delivery speed that suits your needs!
USPS (Postal Service) is usually the most economical choice, with most deliveries completed within 7 days. Expedited shipping is also available. OK to ship to PO Boxes!
FedEx offers higher insurance values and faster service options. We recommend this option for graded books, or high-value items. NO PO BOXES. Choose the service level best suited to your needs.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost options are calculated during the checkout process, and chosen by the customer. Simply enter your delivery address... the shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided for you to choose from.
Shipping cost varies by carrier based on factors such as delivery speed (service level), package size, weight and distance traveled.
Do you ship internationally?
No, our apologies.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Returns are not accepted.
Refunds may be issued for damaged items upon approval and receipt of proof within 14 days of receiving the package.
Wholesale
Do you offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders?
We are not a B2B seller.
That said, if you'd like to pre-order more than 10 copies of a single issue, send us an email! We may be able to give you a bulk discount on pre-orders.
