Synopsis

Richard Plante, a modern day descendant of King Richard I is recruited by a shadowy British agency to become Lionheart, England's newest champion. His first assignment: to track down the serial killers loose in London. This brings him into conflict with the Justice League, who are also investigating the murders.

This is a part of the "Bloodlines" story running through all of DC's annuals this year.
