Ben survives the fall of Asgard and is trying to help out in the ensuing mayhem when he witnesses the heroes of Earth battling the Void. He is joined by Will and Volstagg who finally make it to the ruined city. Will begins filming as the Void is blown up by a falling helicarrier. Volstagg catches Norman Osborn trying to flee the scene of the crime but knocks him out before Ben can interview him. Ben returns to New York to continue his work at Front Line and gets Will a job there as well. He feels hopeful for the future as superhero registration has been abolished and Osborn as been dethroned.
