Synopsis

Michelangelo takes the Triceraton known as Regenta on a scenic tour of New Hampshire, while all three of his brothers fight for their lives! Raphael, mutated into a monstrous form, is rampaging in the streets, and Professor Honeycutt is trying to contain him. Donatello and the Utroms are ambushed by a group of talking dinosaurs.
